I've spent 25 years working in the overlap between delivery, product operations, governance, and technology. Most of that time in regulated or high-scrutiny environments where outcomes, assurance, and stakeholder confidence matter as much as speed.
I now focus that experience on AI transformation. Technology is rarely the limiting factor. The difficult work is integrating new capabilities into operating models, delivery practices, risk controls, and day-to-day decision-making.
